How do the weekly sessions work?
Sessions run every Thursday from 2–3.30pm via video call on Teams
Do I have to attend every week?
Not at all. Life is busy. Dip in when you have questions or something new comes up. The template library and audit tool are available to you any time, and you will get the monthly newsletter regardless of whether you attend.
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Anything data protection related — GDPR, privacy policies, marketing consent, subject access requests, handling a breach, data retention, using AI tools safely... if it involves personal data, it is fair game.
What if I need something more tailored?
Members get discounted rates on one-to-one consultancy sessions with Jo. So if something comes up that needs focused, private attention, that option is there for you at a preferential rate. Book a call to discuss your needs.
What is the minimum commitment?
Three months, then rolling monthly with 30 days' notice to cancel. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment paid upfront.
